Barron-Stark Engineers selected as Program Manager for projects in Austin and Phoenix

After a seven year relationship, Bruce Karpas, Chairman of the 45 store national chain selected Barron-Stark Engineers, LP to head up the development process for two new facilities located in Austin and Phoenix. Barron-Stark developed the original facility prototype and then commissioned Heitkemp-Swift Architects from Houston, Texas to site adapt the design to two individual and unique sites. Barron-Stark also provided all civil engineering and construction program management duties.
